We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool team. This position requires availability for a 4-week assignment starting on February 1st, with a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, including both days and nights, totaling 36 hours per week.

Position Overview

The Telemetry RN will work across multiple units, providing high-quality patient care to individuals requiring close monitoring. This role demands strong telemetry expertise and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in various settings, ensuring optimal telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in weekly orientations and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience required.
• Proficient with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Strong telemetry skills essential for patient monitoring across multiple units.

Please note that no requests for time off (RTO) will be approved during the assignment duration. Candidates must meet the necessary qualifications and demonstrate the ability to adapt to various team environments.
