Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool team. This position involves rotating shifts between day and night, providing care across multiple units, and requires adaptability and strong clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various medical-surgical telemetry units.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding to patient needs promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in weekly orientations and training sessions as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting.
• Strong telemetry experience is essential.
• Prior experience with EPIC electronic medical record system is required.
• Ability to effectively float between different units.

Work Schedule

This position requires a flexible work schedule with rotating shifts, and it may involve weekends and holidays. Requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application and are subject to approval.
