Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. This position will involve providing critical care to both adult and pediatric populations during various shifts, including evenings and nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and manage emergency medical situations for diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and conduct necessary interventions.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and care processes.

Schedule

This position requires flexible scheduling that may include:

• 12-hour and 8-hour shifts as needed.
• Evening and night shifts from 1500-0330 or 1900-0730.
• Weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Emergency Department, including both adult and pediatric populations within the last three years.
• Proficiency using Epic electronic health record system is required.
• Current Wisconsin RN or Compact RN license is required.
• Certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS from AHA are mandatory.
• TNCC certification is required.
• Candidates must successfully pass a Telemetry test prior to starting.
