Description
We are seeking a qualified Radiology Technologist to provide exceptional imaging services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, along with extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Maintain patient safety and welfare during imaging procedures.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist in ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
Qualifications
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
- Current BCLS certification (AHA).
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- One year of acute clinical radiology experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment is required.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
