Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise and experience necessary to excel in a dynamic radiology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist with interventional radiology procedures.
Operate imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality.
Maintain adherence to safety protocols and manage patient comfort.
Collaborate effectively with the radiology team and other healthcare professionals.
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
Current ARRT certification is required.
Ability to work required weekend shifts and on-call as needed, including 1-2 nights a week and every 6th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Pending state license accepted; must obtain prior to starting.
All requests for time off must be included in the initial submission. Requests made after submission will not be considered.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for a day shift consisting of five 8-hour workdays, from 08:00 to 16:30.

Additional Information

Travelers must be aware of the attendance policy; if more than two shifts are missed within a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation, the contract will be reviewed for potential cancellation.
