Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure quality patient care and efficient operation within the radiology department.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- 36 hours with variable weekends
- Holiday and call duties as needed
- Flexibility in scheduling based on department needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an education program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) is required.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college or equivalent military training.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting is required.
Licensure and Certification
- Currently registered as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible with R.T.(R)(ARRT) within 6 months of hire.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- BLS certification is required.
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer systems, including PACS and HIS/RIS.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must maintain confidentiality of information.
