We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This position involves working with patients who have diverse spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, and other related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients with spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders.
• Utilize special equipment including Hoyer lifts, overhead lifts, and body weight-supported devices to assist in patient rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant practices and safety protocols in the rehabilitation setting.

Schedule & Requirements:

• Full-time position: Day shift, 5 days per week (08:00 - 16:30).
• One weekend per month required, as scheduled.
• Participation in scheduled holidays is also required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation is required; first-time travelers are welcome.
• Current Maryland state license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory.
