Job Description

The Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality patient-family centered care in accordance with organizational and state standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and utilize strong communication skills to ensure clear documentation.
Function independently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Act swiftly and efficiently in emergency situations to ensure patient safety.
Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum experience: Less than 1 year.
General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT.
Nursing Certifications: CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA.

Additional Requirements

Holiday coverage is required.
