Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Emergency Room (ER) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Critical Access Hospital and will be required to float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units.

Schedule and Shift Details

• 3x12 hour Night shifts or 4x12 hour shifts available.
• Full-time commitment of either 36 hours or 48 hours per week.
• Every other weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency care to patients in the ER while maintaining high standards of care.
• Float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units as needed, with approximately 60% time in the ED and 40% in critical access charge capacities.
• Assist with the care of Stepdown and Med/Surg patients.
• Provide leadership support within the ER, particularly in charge duties.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Room experience is required.
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital is strongly preferred.
• Charge experience is highly desired.
• Previous travel experience is advantageous.
• Active certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.
• Must be willing to provide care across multiple units.
