We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of clinical competence and compassion.

Position Information

• Role: RN
• Specialty: ICU
• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 3 weekends required

Unit Information

• Patient Ratios: 1:1-3 acuity based
• Equipment: Ceiling lifts, hoyer lifts, sit to stand lifts, extensive safe-patient handling equipment, Baxter Sigma Spectrum IV Pumps
• EHR: Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: Must be flexible to float where needed, which may include CICU, MS, Tele, and ER

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, RN License
• Years of Experience: 2 years in an ICU setting
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Trauma and neuro experience
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Sepsis, shock, multi-organ failure, respiratory failure, trauma, neuro/brain injuries, complicated surgeries, stroke, encephalopathy
