Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit within the Joint Center. This position is vital for providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families during their treatment and recovery process.

Shift Details

• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• Block Schedules: No

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary nursing care and ensure patient safety.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns effectively and compassionately.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Previous experience in a medical surgical unit preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
