Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The successful candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, enhancing function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist with patient education, including home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
