We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential physical therapy services to an island community, accommodating both year-round residents and seasonal visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy treatments in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to aid recovery.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist License for Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Work Schedule

This position offers 4 shifts per week, each ranging from 8 to 10 hours. Shifts typically begin between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. Holiday time off may be available.
