Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists for an outpatient setting. The role offers flexible scheduling with 4 shifts of 10 hours each, typically starting between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. Holiday time off may be available.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessment and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and modify therapeutic interventions according to patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid PT license in Massachusetts.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
