Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care to individuals in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance recovery and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred but not mandatory.
Schedule
This position offers four 10-hour shifts per week, with start times between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Holiday time off may be possible.
