Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
- Document all services in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
