We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a high-volume healthcare environment. This role will demand strong integrity and excellent time management skills as you work in various critical care settings, including multiple ICUs, a NICU, and a Burn Unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to respiratory treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory procedures and care practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred.
• Current Mississippi Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) License required.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting.

Work Schedule

Shifts begin at 1845, with early clock-in encouraged, but not before 1838. The position requires working two weekends every month, with the option to work every weekend. Holidays must be covered between 11/22/2026 and 1/5/2027.
