We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. This role focuses on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving speech, language, and swallowing functions in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients experiencing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services rendered in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to enhance patient outcomes.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA).
• Current state license for Speech-Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Exemplary communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
