Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, along with facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapeutic services to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document therapy services in compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
