Description

Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work night shifts with a schedule of 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and implement treatment plans as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required.
Valid permanent nursing license in Ohio or a Compact State license.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
