We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The clinician will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy services aimed at enhancing communication and swallowing functions in patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient progress and needs.
• Document services rendered in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols in practice.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and effective clinical problem-solving abilities.
