We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
