Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility protocols. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for patient evaluation, creation of personalized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to enhance function and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families.
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
