Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their daily activities. Caregivers play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need of assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with meal preparation and dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure clients' safety.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to appropriate parties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of basic caregiving practices and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and patience in providing care to clients.
• Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.
