Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients. The position requires skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify health issues.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as per the physician’s orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor patients' conditions and progress, documenting changes or concerns effectively.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and provide coordinated care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is acceptable.
• Experience in a clinical nursing role is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred for certain specialties.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Information

This position may require flexibility in scheduling to meet patient care needs. The Registered Nurse (RN) will be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
