Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in operating MRI machines and possess a strong understanding of imaging procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct MRI scans according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide effective patient care.
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Document patient history and imaging results accurately.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Proficient with MRI systems, specifically GE and Philips models.
- Licensure/Certification: ARRT(MR) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
- Must not have worked perm, per diem, or travel for any facility in the past six months.
Schedule
This position requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
