Description
We are seeking an experienced Oncology Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology care and be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Patient Ratio: 1:12 with team nursing; will be 1:6 split between 2 RNs, LPNs, med nurse, and charge nurse.
- Weekend Requirements: As needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Oncology Medical Surgical nursing is required.
- Oncology Certification (ONC Cert) is mandatory.
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is preferred.
- Travel nursing experience and large hospital experience are highly desired.
Special Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a current and valid nursing license in compliance with NLC guidelines.
- Availability to work 2 out of 3 holidays.
- Requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
- No block schedule is available; however, weekend blocks may be considered.
- Local candidates are not accepted; a strict 100-mile radius rule applies.
