Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team, focusing on both inpatient and outpatient care. This position requires a professional who is committed to providing high-quality therapy services and can work collaboratively with other health care professionals.
Shift Information
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekend coverage (Saturday only)
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for both inpatient and outpatient patients.
- Utilize electronic medical records systems including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all patient interactions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
- Current BLS/BCLS certification is required.
- Proficient in the use of EMRs.
Other Requirements
- Holiday coverage will be required.
