Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performing diagnostic imaging procedures and will be able to deliver high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of X-Ray procedures including fluoroscopy, barium studies, lumbar punctures, myelograms, joint aspirations, and injections.
• Conduct imaging tests in the operating room with a focus on orthopedic and urological procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• State licensure in Medical Technology (MT) is required; applicants should apply within 24 to 48 hours of submission.
• Experience using Epic electronic health record system is preferred.

Work Schedule

• 7 On / 7 Off schedule from Thursday to Wednesday.
• Hours: Thursday (1:00 AM to 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), Friday to Tuesday (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), Wednesday (7:00 PM to 1:00 AM).

The role involves no on-call responsibilities. Candidates must be prepared to present all demographic information, including full name, date of birth, Social Security number, and contact details, at the time of submission.
