Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with excellent clinical skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency setting.
• Assess and triage patients based on their medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in an emergency room or critical care setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS or ENPC preferred.

Schedule

This position requires rotating shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling while ensuring comprehensive patient care.
