Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a nursing home setting. This position is focused on providing high-quality therapeutic services to residents and is a PRN opportunity, with shifts on Saturdays only.

Qualifications

Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility is REQUIRED.
Current New York state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Shift Details

Shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess residents' physical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
