Description

Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Unit Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 70-bed rural facility. This role will involve delivering acute care and telemetry nursing, including care for occasional pediatric and adolescent patients. The Registered Nurse may be required to float to other units, including ICU, to meet patient care needs. Support is available from a House Supervisor 24/7.

Shift Details

Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
Weekends: Every other weekend required
Patient Ratio: 1:5

Qualifications

Certifications Required: BCLS, ACLS
Certifications Preferred: PALS
Skills Required: Telemetry nursing
Skills Preferred: Pediatrics, Charge experience
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in acute care settings
Travel Experience: Not required

Additional Information

Blocked Schedule: Must be requested upfront on candidate profile and will be discussed during the interview.
Scrubs Provided: No, candidates must provide their own scrubs (color: Burgundy).
EMR System: Cerner
