1 year of experience required.
Certifications/Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
Department Description
The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have led to decreased physical mobility or functional independence. We provide a range of specialized services, including:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological and stroke rehabilitation
- Balance and dizziness rehabilitation
- Chronic pain treatment using movement
Our primary goal is to facilitate a return to function and participation in community activities.
Holiday Coverage
Availability for holiday coverage is required.
