Description

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing Nuclear Medicine and PET technology. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays with potential evening, night, and weekend on-call responsibilities.

Evening, Night, and Weekend Call on a Rotating Basis

Job Responsibilities

Conduct Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging procedures.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging exams.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
Participate in training and education of new staff and students.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET.
ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification with multi-modality training in Nuclear Medicine and PET.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Flu Vaccine for the 2025/2026 season is required.

Work Schedule

This position requires working Tuesday to Friday, typically in 10-hour shifts, though there may be occasions when 8-hour shifts are required. Flexibility in schedule is necessary.

Housing Options

Newly remodeled studio apartments are available for travelers, located a short distance from the workplace. Amenities include Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry, and fully furnished accommodations. Pets are not allowed.
