Description
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires strong skills in general surgery and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
- Shift Schedule:
- 2x8 Day Alternate Start (0645-1515/1045-1915)
- 2x12 Day (0645-1915)
- 40 hours per week, with varying shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Complete a “Buddy Call” during orientation within the first two weeks of the contract.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Surgery required.
- Previous travel experience is necessary.
- Current BLS certification is required.
Additional Information
- Scrubs will be provided.
- Employees are required to receive the Flu vaccine.
