Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and possess strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing.
Possession of a valid Permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact State license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA required.

Work Schedule

Day shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
