Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team for an 8-week assignment. The position involves working 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, with a requirement for a minimal number of days of return-to-office (RTO). Candidates should be prepared to float to multiple locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Manage patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist with staff training and orientation, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA.
• Proficiency in using Epic electronic health record system is essential.
• Ability to float to various locations as required.

Orientation and Testing

Upon arrival at orientation, candidates will undergo a pass/fail testing process on the first day. There will be an opportunity for further training through Relias testing during onboarding, with two attempts allowed to prepare for onsite assessments.

Working Conditions

This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet patient needs and facility requirements, including the possibility of floating between multiple locations within the region.
