Position Overview

This role requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The position involves rotating shifts, including day and night rotations. Every other weekend and holiday coverage is also required. This is a time-sensitive, 8-week assignment, which offers guaranteed hours biweekly, not including on-call time worked.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
• BLS certification from AHA is required.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is mandatory.

Additional Information

This position allows for a limited number of days off, with only three days of time off approved during the assignment period. Local candidates will be considered and will receive competitive compensation that reflects their status.
