Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate care while interacting with patients and their families.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
