Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with a focus on women's health procedures to join our dedicated team. This position requires a strong background in the operating room, including experience with laparoscopic, open, and robotic techniques, as well as general and plastic surgery for breast procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures while ensuring a sterile field.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and instruments for surgeries.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort during procedures.
- Participate in postoperative care and ensure proper care protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in women's health procedures.
- Operating room experience, including laparoscopic, open, and robotic techniques.
- Experience in general and plastic surgery, particularly for breast procedures.
- Must be certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
Shift Details
This position requires a commitment to a 3x12 schedule, including holiday, weekend, and night call rotations.
