Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and ensure that all medical practices comply with regulatory guidelines and standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing protocols.
• Monitor patient health status and record observations accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and wellness strategies.
• Provide support during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure that patient documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous nursing experience in a relevant specialty area is an advantage.
