Shift Information

12-hour night shifts with varying schedules.

Job Description

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in accordance with state standards. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting excellent assessments and providing timely communication with patients and families.
Utilizing computer systems for documentation and patient management.
Functioning independently in high-pressure situations while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Acting swiftly and efficiently in emergency scenarios to ensure patient safety.
Upholding a high degree of confidentiality and supporting the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Holiday Coverage

Availability for holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

While prior experience is valued, candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
