Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure the comfort of residents.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Educate residents and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license in the state of Colorado.
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Work Schedule

This position requires working 12-hour night shifts. Flexibility in schedule is essential to meet the needs of our residents.
