The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is a vital administrative and support role within Patient Care Services. This position offers leadership and guidance to promote competence and excellence in care for patients and their families across the continuum of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hospital-wide oversight and serve as an onsite administrative resource after hours.
• Ensure high-quality patient care by fostering a culture of excellence among nursing staff.
• Support and mentor nursing personnel, promoting professional development and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Address and manage operational issues that arise during after-hours shifts.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations effectively and efficiently.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week with rotating shifts.
