Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our team. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-quality care to patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, needs, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
