Description

Clinical Lab Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Scientist to join our Chemistry department. This role is ideal for candidates who have significant experience in clinical laboratory settings and are committed to delivering high-quality laboratory results.

Responsibilities

Perform laboratory tests and analyses in the Chemistry department.
Ensure accurate and timely results in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed.
Adhere to safety regulations and quality control measures.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

Qualifications

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification accepted.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
Current National Registry as a Medical Technologist through ASCP.
Licensed as a Medical Technologist in the state of Tennessee.
Must reside within 100 miles of the facility.

Schedule

The shift is negotiable and will primarily cover daytime hours.
