Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

This position requires working night shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly) following the initial week of orientation. Please note that hours are not guaranteed.

Minimum Experience Required

Two years of relevant nursing experience are required for this role.

Certifications

Candidates must hold the following certifications:

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support / Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS/BCLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Job Description

The Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse will be part of a dynamic 28-bed department that features:

Four trauma bays
Two behavioral health rooms
Twenty-two cardiac monitor rooms

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with high patient turnover, requiring a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

All candidates must possess a valid Hawaii nursing license prior to the start of the assignment.

Contract Duration

The contract for this position is set for 15 weeks.
