Description

ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit setting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU.
Monitor vital signs and manage medical equipment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and care processes.
Document patient information and care activities in the electronic health record.
Float to other units as required based on patient needs.

Shift Details

Shift: Day shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)
Weekend requirement: Yes
No block schedules

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required.
First-time applicants are welcome.
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
Preferred charting experience: EPIC.
Must be willing to float to other units as needed.
