Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Nutrition Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care and guidance to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement dietary plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' nutritional needs.
• Develop and implement personalized nutritional care plans.
• Provide education and counseling on dietary recommendations.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest nutritional science and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and state licensure required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current dietary guidelines and nutrition research.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexible availability with weekend shifts every other week. The standard shift is a day schedule of 5x8 hours, from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.

Holiday Commitment

Travelers may be expected to work on major holidays as part of their assignment. Specific holiday work requirements will be outlined based on assignment period.

Compliance Requirements

Full compliance with all required documentation and credentials is mandatory to ensure timely start dates. Orientation schedules are bi-weekly, and any non-compliance may result in postponements.

Additional Information

Local candidates are welcome to apply and will receive the same rate as traveling candidates. This position accepts first-time travelers. Orientation hours vary based on assignment length.
