We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
